Prototype for the WAMU center located in Irvine, CA, 25,000 SF.

Washington Mutual Home Loan Center Prototype

Layout, furniture and finish selections for the retail loan centers. The furniture and finish specifications were later used as the standard for the banks.

First Interstate Tower

The fire started in the evening fortunately after most tenants had left the building. The damage included 4 floors of complete fire damage, all of the floors above the 12th floor were damaged by smoke and the lower floors were all damaged by water. There was no structural damage to the building.

Medical Company

Programming for a 220 employee company with anticipated growth in the next six years. Presently there are 7 different office locations in the Tacoma area. The program will consolidate the offices into a headquarters building within the region.
