Part of the Newport Coast development, the scope included project management for the interiors of the golf shop, locker rooms and dining facilities.
First Interstate Tower Fire Rehab, Los Angeles
Project management for the restoration of 60 floors, 1.4 million SF, from smoke, water and fire damage. The scope included Fire Code and Handicap Accessibility upgrades, working with the building department to revise the fire code, as well as cosmetic upgrades for all public areas including corridors, bathrooms, elevators, elevator lobbies and tenant spaces.
